Thanos Athanasiadis Research Officer Health Economics Observatory Τel: 210 9211256 E-mail: athanasiadis@iobe.gr   He graduated from the Department of Social Policy & Administration of Democritus University of Thrace in 2003, followed by post-graduate studies in Health Care Management, M.Sc., at the University of Surrey (U.K.) in 2005. He later joined Euroconsultants S.A., 2006-2007, as a junior analyst mainly involved in studies and projects related to the health care sector, tourism and entrepreneurship. Currently, he is a Ph.D candidate of Public Health & Health Care Management, Faculty of Medicine, at the University of Crete. From March 2012, he is the Research Officer at the Health Economics Observatory of Foundation of Economics and Industrial Research (IOBE).His main research responsibilities include the Annual Report for the pharmaceutical market in Greece; Facts & Figures of the pharmaceutical market in Greece and other periodical and ad-hoc studies related to health care and pharmaceutical industry.
