Kostas holds a B.Sc. and a M.Sc. in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens. He received a M.Sc. in Economic Theory and a PhD in Industrial Organization from the Economics Department of the Athens University of Economics and Business. He has been a Research Associate at IOBE since 2018, with works mainly sectoral studies and energy topics.
