Miltos studied Business Administration at the Graduate School of Industrial Sciences of Piraeus. He has worked as Accountant Associate in Construction Companies (1987-1989) and in Information Technology seminars. He has been a Research Assistant in the Statistics and Analysis Unit of the Microeconomic Analysis and Policy Department of IOBE since 1991.
