Independent non-executive member of Alpha Bank BoD and Chair of the Audit Committee. Also member of the Audit Committee of Helleniq Energy, and Vice-chair of the Citizens’ Movement for an Open Society. He holds MA and BA in Economic Theory and Policy, Athens University of Economics and MBA, Aston University – Birmingham. Managing Partner of EY (Ernst & Young) in Greece and SouthEast Europe from 2010 to December 2022. He was also the Markets and Accounts Leader for EY CESA region from 2017 to 2022. He also served various other leadership roles in EY since 1988.
