Chemical Engineer and MBA graduate, she is the Co-Founder & Chief Innovation Officer of KORRES (1996). She leads Strategic Innovation, R&D and New Product Development. Since 2021, she has joined the NOAM team at Korres to lead the business. A true pioneer in the beauty industry, Lena has developed a truly sustainable approach to product development that includes sourcing organic plants in collaboration with 3.000 Greek farming families, using green zero-waste technologies, formulating and producing in-house under Environmental ISO Certification, and recycling empty packaging through the KORRES Recycle Lab.
