This Report is the third in a series of annual reports prepared by IOBE, participating in the international research program G l o b a l e n t r e p r e n e u r s h ip m o n ito r (GEM). This program collects empirical data - primary and secondary - from each country and presents the overall findings in its annual publication under the general title “World Report on Entrepreneurship”.
