The study scope is to determine the economic impact of the Thessaloniki port privatisation, under the terms of the offer made by the consortium comprising the companies Deutsche Invest Equity Partners GmbH, Belterra Investments Ltd and Terminal Link SAS. In particular, the study examines the impact on public revenue, investment and economic activity in the port of Thessaloniki upon the deal’s completion.
