The study examined the impact and the needed adjustments in the Electricity sector from large-scale penetration of RES. The study included modeling of the sector’s optimal generation capacity plan, an hourly simulation of the electricity wholesale market and an estimation of electricity tariffs over 10-year planning horizon.
