The purpose of this study is, firstly, to record the progress made during 2010 – 2013 at implementing reforms in nine areas of administrative intervention (judicial procedures, tax-system, public insurance system, limitation of youth unemployment, education system, R&D, corruption-bureaucracy and overregulation, public procurement procedures, export procedures). Secondly, to highlight the priorities and actions for the future, in order to complete the necessary reforms in these nine areas.
