The energy upgrade of buildings is a critical pillar of energy and climate policy. The planned investments in energy upgrading of buildings in the period 2025-2050 are estimated to contribute €961 million annually to GDP, while in terms of employment, the average annual contribution is estimated at 28,280 jobs.
