The main objective of this study is to highlight the benefits and the impact of golf on the Greek economy. The study describes the key facts and figures of the golf industry internationally and examines the development of golf in Greece. finally, this study quantifies direct, indirect and induced effects from the development of golf tourism in Greece in terms of GDP, employment and tax revenues. Golf's contribution to the Greek economy remains relatively limited.
