The contribution of Uber to the economy of Greece, after 10 years of presence

Uber achieved fast expansion in Greece, generating significant economic impact of €110 million in terms of GDP, and 6,900 FTEs in the economy. Beyond measuring impact, the study outlines a clear policy path: streamline Greece’s regulation to align more closely with EU practices. Digital platforms and Mobility as a Service (MaaS) can boost transport efficiency and reduce unnecessary trips.
