In the framework of e-Discussions 2020-2021, the Foundation for Economic and Industrial Research – IOBE organized on Tuesday 16 March, at 17.00 – 18.30 the seventh online public discussion:
"The effect of COVID-19 on the major economies of Europe: A year after"
How has the pandemic affected Europe's economies? Did high liquidity boost the German economy? What development is expected in public finances with the new Italian government? How is the UK moving after Brexit? Is Spain converging with the economies of the North? Will the EU Recovery Fund be effective and help the welfare state and employment?
