In the framework of e-Discussions 2022, the Foundation for Economic and Industrial Research - IOBE organized on Friday 1 April 2022, at 16:30 - 18:00 the ninth online public discussion:
"The impact of the war in Ukraine on Europe's major economies"
In the wake of the debt crisis and the pandemic, how is the new crisis affecting Europe? Will high inflation be permanent? Are debts at risk of rising interest rates or will they be reduced by inflation? Will energy costs fall and how does it affect economies? Is the new crisis strengthening common policies in Europe or increasing the risks for weak economies?
