| This study examines the Real Estate taxation in Greece and its impact on the construction sector and the Greek economy. In this context, the economic and fiscal impact on the economy is quantified assuming (a) a reduction of the VAT rate on new buildings, and (b) the abolition of the supplementary tax on immovable property. |
