| In the last decade, the level of use of the Internet in Greece has risen dramatically. However, the country is still trailing in the OECD and EU rankings. This study was targeted at identifying and analyzing the critical factors that prevent the use of Internet services in Greece. The focus of the study was on the factors that impede the commercial and social use of the Internet and the limited growth of e-commerce, e-government and other services by and for individuals, businesses and the public sector in Greece, today.
